Jolsna John Thomas is the Founder and CEO of Illuminating Growth PLLC, a legal and business consulting firm.

She previously served as President of The Rosendin Foundation, the 501(c)(3) charitable arm of Rosendin Holdings, parent company to Rosendin Electric (Rosendin) and Modular Power Solutions (MPS). She oversaw volunteerism and community giving. Under her tenure, The Rosendin Foundation awarded over $4.2M to over 200 nonprofit organizations throughout the United States. It also launched TRF Camp Build, a weeklong hands-on construction camp for middle schoolers nationally. She fundraised in excess of $600,000 annually.

Outside of work, Jolsna serves as President of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Austin Chapter as well as chairs the City of Austin’s Public Safety Civil Service Commission. She serves on the Regional Advisory Committee for Austin Community College, is an Advisor to the South Asian Bar Association of North America (SABA), and is a Director for SABA Austin.

Jolsna obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and her Juris Doctorate from American University Washington College of Law.
